If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Quality Growers online purchase, we are happy to provide an online credit or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped to the wrong location, a restocking fee will apply. The fee will be determined based on the quantity of items ordered. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with handling and restocking the returned items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service.
Shipping & Return Policy For Dry Goods
We strive to keep our customers satisfied with their purchases, however, you find it necessary to return or exchange your items, we allow returns within 30 days of your original purchase.
Damage Claims & Shortages
Please report any shortage or damaged merchandise by email or fax within three business days from the date of receipt. The customer warehouse manager or shipping clerk must sign claims for shortage or damage.
For shipments with UPS or FedEx, the damaged merchandise must be still in the master carton with all original packaging material for carrier inspection.
Shortages and/or damaged product sent by a common carrier must be noted on your freight bill at time of delivery. Please direct damage claims to the freight carrier.

Shipping
- Processing Time: Each garland is custom made to order. Be sure to select your
preferred delivery date. - Shipping Method: We use FedEx for all shipments to ensure your greenery arrives fresh and on time.
Return Policy
- Refunds:
- If you need to cancel your fresh greenery order, you can receive a full 100% refund if you notify us up to 8 days before your delivery date.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the delivery date may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee, as all garlands are custom-made for your order.
- Damaged or Spoiled Products:
- In the rare event that your greenery arrives spoiled or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the damaged or spoiled products as proof when you reach out to us so we can assist you promptly.
- Lost Shipments: If your garland is lost during transit, we will also work with FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue.
